Cervical Disc Disease is probably one of the most common causes of neck pain especially as we age.
It is caused by an abnormality in one or more discs in your spine.
When the discs get damaged, due to arthritis or whiplash or similar, it can lead to neck pain.
In bad cases, pain and numbness are also found in the arms which come from nerve damage.
Treatment can be pain killers, physiotherapy, neck traction, and as a last resort, which was in my case, Surgery.
