Can something be done had reverse rotator surgery & failed had it removed. Now pain constantly no use of shoulder

I have no humeral head, joint, muscles to elbow are in atrophy. I am tired of constant pain and wearing a brace, botox injections for muscle spasms and other complications it has caused. Can anything be done?
