I had a herniated disc partially removed about a year ago. I still have quite a lot of back and leg pain on my right side with most waist, ab and squat exercises....but I need to do something, or turn into jello.
Does anyone know of alternative exercises for the waist and abs, and something that has the same benefit as squats, that doesn't put strain on the lower back?
