For the past 2 months I have been suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck that leads up towards my brain and a pinched ligament in my neck as well. The past 3 days I have had a rash all over my body that itches,stings and welps up. I have had it checked out at 2 different clinics and they cant figure out what is causeing it. Could it possibly be caused by eaither the nerve or the ligament?
