I was prescribed two Medrol 4 mg. dose packs about four weeks apart to treat a herniated disc, the last of which ended yesterday. I've experienced symptoms today such as off and on headache, mild abdominal pain (could be from acid reflux, which I am also being treated for), and have felt a little out of sorts over the past couple of days. Over the weekend, I was also fatigued. A doctor assured me that the risk of adrenal insufficiency/crisis was mainly for those who take corticosteroids over a long period of time, but I am nervous since I took these packs in such a close timeframe.
