Press the fingers of the right hand to the point at the centre of the forearms, about three finger widths up (toward the elbow) from the bend where the wrist and hand join. Press the fingers of the right hand to this point on the left arm and hold for at least a minute, repeat with the left. This can also help with stiffness, arthritis and rheumatism swelling.
