Hi Autumn,

Looks like your on the right tack!  I don't smoke, so I don't know how hard it is to quit, but stick with it.  Use the community to help support you through the difficult days and I'm sure you will be able to quit!

Also, I've downloaded and bookmarked some pages about yoga as a strength and flexiblity activity, but have yet to do any. Eventually, I'll have a day without a doubleshift and be able to sort out a real plan of action there.

The not-smoking goal is especially frustrating to me right now. I qualify for help from my state in paying for a quit-aid, and my quit coach doesn't want me to try to quit until I have the gum, so I'm stuck in a frustrating limbo where I am having trouble even reducing the smoking.

 

On another front, while I have no scale readily available, I just bought corduroys from Express in a size 10! This is tremendously exciting.
