You need to have the ADOS administered by a neuropsychologist, a developmental psychiatriast, or a developmental psychologist. You should make sure the person is board certified in their specialty, and that they have performed the test in the past, and they have performed the test with kids/adolescents who have similar behavioral, emotional, or speech issues as the person you're interested in. The test requires experience in administration and interpretation.
