what are the side effects for the nile flu from mosquitos?

I have a mosquito bite that is big and purple; it aches and hurts to touch it or move my arm which it is upon. The muscles on my arm cramp; and i have 1 or 2 more black/purple spots on a diffrent section of my arm.
