I would consult a pediatric physical therapist and a dietician for help with these problems. Good luck. Dr. Brown
One of the things we tried was this great book called "The Out-of-Synch Child has Fun" by Carol Stock Kranowitz. There were lots of activities that kept our child interested and moving. She also had about three years of occupational therapy for hypotonia and now she's a strapped 5'2" Amazon child at 10.
