This was me and Clive yesterday in the 'middle of absolutely, completely nowhere'!!
Dad took us all for a drive ..... a very long drive!
To the middle of absolutely nowhere!!!
I kept asking "why are we in the middle of absolutely, completely nowhere"
Dad was not happy - Sorcha said he had come home early from his golf to take us out!!
But why did he take us to the 'middle of absolutely, completely nowhere' ....
Okay, I did see a round tower and lots of crosses and lambs and things ...
and Dad said that it was a very interesting place ....
But really, it was 'absolutely, completely in the middle of nowhere' ....
Sorcha was a bit grumpy because her iphone wouldn't work .....
and my teacher laughed in school today when she asked me where I went yesterday and I said
"to the middle of absolutely, completely nowhere"
ps: We actually took Murray and Clive and Sorcha up the Wicklow mountains yesterday to visit Glendalough and drove home along the Sally Gap. It was a lovely if long drive and maybe the kids were a bit fed up by the end of it all! Murray had us laughing all the way though with his 'Charlie & Lola' speak - asking us continually "why are we in the middle of absolutely, completely nowhere" - Clive loved it though! - Murray's Mom
