This week I present the nominees, in no particular order, for lunch or dinner convenience food we can't live without. We all know it is best to feed our families home-made meals, made from fresh, whole foods. But we all know, there are times when you are in a hurry, or are too tired, or your little prince or princess has a fixation on a certain kind of food that you just cannot re-create from scratch. Fortunately, there are now lots of GFCF convenience items that you can even find in your regular supermarket.
