For Autism Awareness Month: Autism Research Institute's Puzzle Piece Challenge
Posted Feb 08 2009 12:00am
There's still time to order your puzzle pieces for Autism Awareness Month in April! How many Shamrocks for Jerry's Kids have you bought at the grocery store? Here's a chance to support the fine work of our sponsor, Autism Research Institute. Did you know Dr. Bernard Rimland founded the Autism Society of America and ARI?
You buy a stack of puzzle pieces and take them to your school, local grocery store, gym, hair salon, swim club - anyplace YOU support. They sell the puzzle pieces for a dollar apiece. You pick up the money, send it to ARI and when enough of us participate we won't need to depend on the kindness of government strangers, if you get my drift.
Order a pack. Order two or more. We'll announce who sell the most puzzle pieces and offer a fine prize to the winner. (Dan, do we have any fine prizes?)
