Health knowledge made personal
 Took the strangest business trip ever. Flew to California to deliver a custom planner to a client (call me FedEx). I ended up spending a chunk of Saturday at Balboa Island. I still have sand in my shoes. . .ahhhh. Apologies to my friends who hate feet.
