Just curious if this phenomenon only happens at my hospital. How do I say this politely? Do you nightshifters make sure you're caught up by 5am because if there's going to be an early a.m. code on the floor you know it's going to be right before shift change when the final checks are done?
That bugs me. It makes me wonder when it's always between 5am-5:30 and we're always told when entering the room "I just checked on them 15 minutes ago..."
