Prevent Asthma Symptoms During Christmas Holiday

It's Christmas again! I live in Indonesia, and December is always a rainy season for us, with high humidity and fast climate change (from hot to cold, from dry to humid). At these times every year, my mom always have more severe asthma symptoms. In our house, we have air conditioners in our bedrooms. That way, we can sleep well even during hot and humid nights.

Besides high humidity, asthma patient must maintain their health during the winter season. These are several tips to prevent asthma attack during weather and climate change. With a good preparations, you and your family can celebrate Christmas without worrying about asthma.
