I showed up yesterday at 7:30am without an appointment, and asked for an oil change. The conversation went something like this:
"So just the oil change?"
"Yes"
"Are your wipers okay"?
"They're fine"
"Do you have any problems with the car you'd like us to check?"
"No, it's fine"
"Do you have time for us to wash and vacuum your car today?"
"That would be great!"
"If you'd like to have a seat in our lounge, there's free coffee, juices and pastry. We also offer WIFI for your convenience. We'll let you know when we're almost done with your car".
Cool! I set up the laptop, snagged a cup of coffee and got some work done while they took care of my car.
It was so clean when I got it back! So much better than jiffy lube and about the same price. Thanks Guys!
