I forgot to get pics of folks during the party but this is the aftermath of the table when everyone left. I'm not going to give away any Easter secrets YET but just know that most of the table is piled with adorable Easter and summer hats, as well as, designs we're working on for the future! We have tons of new yarn and bags of accessories, both purchases and handmade and we're excited to use them all for our babies.
Thanks to everyone who was there last night: Shelly, Yung, Suzanne, Jordan, and Sydney. Special welcome to our new gals Nicole and Kathy. And extra special thank you to niece Jordan who came over early and was an enormous help to me as I had an asthma shot appt. While I was gone Jordan finished prepping the homemade mini quiches and bacon-wrapped cocktail franks, made the cheese tray, and stuffed the celery. Thanks Jordan!
This is also what it looked like when we were done! Hehehe. We don't call our knitting group meetings, we call them parties because it's like girls' night that produces adorable hats for little Littles. I really look forward being together every month!
Ladies: Anyone who knits, wants to learn to knit, or just wants to come hang out with us (we'll find a way to put your good use, haha!) while we knit for the NICU: You are invited. Do not be shy.
