Good Night at Work

I know that a few of my coworkers read this blog so don't be getting the big head from my next statement. :-) I really feel blessed to work with the people I do. For one, a supervisor asked me tonight about assignments, asking my honest opinion, and I really appreciated that. I told her the truth. The assignment I had at the beginning of the night was not my favorite part of the job. Some people really look forward to working that assignment. I don't. I don't hate it but I don't love it the way some people do. So she ended up switching me out with someone who does really love it. it worked out great for all of us.

And then later, I was doing my thing and one of my coworkers tracked me down, in spite of the fact that I'd accidentally never turned my beeper on, just to see if I needed any help. I so appreciated that. After I told her I was fine and she left, the patient I was with said "That really makes all the difference about liking going to work, doesn't it?"

Yes, it does. I love that we're all a team and we watch out for each other.
