As a teaser, the weather gods have decided to allow two days of spring in the Northwest this week. We've seen these kinds of jokes before. We know it's only a brief respite and there's likely a monsoon or a freak snow storm on the way. But I must admit... the burst of flowers is a delightful change from the snow!
