I am an "accidental author" and publisher,  daughter, sister,  wife, mother, grandmother and friend.  I am an expert patient who has been exposed to all facets of the spectrum illness of B1polar disorder.   I support those who suffer the mental illnesses with me and fight against the stigma that tears us apart.
