Kettlebell Daily Workout for Fitness and Weight Loss

Today's kettlebell daily workout focused on conditioning and fat loss. It was done at a brisk pace to maximize time efficiency and really had me sweating buckets... followed by kettlebell swings x 20 reps (repeat for 3 sets total)
kettlebell swings x 50 reps
