In order to balance out my blog life, I need to talk about my yoga in Kigali.
Through a connection and meeting some yoga enthusiasts in town, I'm starting a yoga class in my own house. I'm going to take the next 10 weeks and teach a class solely devoted to the primary series of ashtanga.

it is it difficult to rotate a baby out of the posterior position, especially if the baby has entangled itself in the cord. There are yoga poses that are encouraged and discouraged during the last trimester to help the baby move into the ideal birthing position.
Specific yoga poses to omit from the 3rd trimester practice are

What I do know is that if I can channel that energy into a positive action or thought, I have put one negative karma off my carry list to the next life. So with that thought
