What is bird Flu?
Avian flu is caused by a form of influenza virus that usually only infects birds and sometimes infects pigs. The few people who have become sick... who became infected with the H5N1 strain of avian flu caught it directly from birds. It has not been proven that H5N1 can be spread from person to person.

Svaroopa Yoga Pose - Rotated Stomach Pose

Of all the Svaroopa yoga poses Rotated Stomach Pose, or Jathara Parivrttanasana, is my favorite. This pose is a reclining spinal twist. It is a very easy pose, releases... the thorasic spine, shoulders, and neck. Rotated Stomach Pose is part of the "Magic Four", a set of four core poses in Svaroopa Yoga, which I will talk about in another post.
