Time to get to work on bringing back that endurance! I'd like to get back to running the speeds that I was two...Results for my 39th half marathon finish:

and a well run race. Had the proper level of attire on - great Craft gear keeping me warm - Karhus once again carried me well across the 13 miles.
Got to enjoy some Great Harvest Bread - which by the way - if you ever get a chance to partake - you must. It is downright delicious - whether or not you've just run 13 miles or just woken up...mm mm good

It's done! I've completed my first Half Marathon, and it went GREAT!!
The race was in Rochester where Mike and I lived for five years, it's a great... and turned for a while. I was excited and a bit nervous, but wasn't too worried about lack of sleep. Anyone with kids knows what you can pull off when you're sleep deprived! I had

Oh where to start....I guess at the beginning...this is a bit long, but it has a good ending.
Rochester is about an hour and a half from my house, so I thought..., Jeannine, Norine and I headed out to the race expo, then on to dinner and our hotel.
The expo was pretty small, it was held in the gym I used to belong to, I lived in Rochester

Thursday: AM: 4miles easy, abs /PM: 10min w/u, circuit for 25min
Friday: AM: 8.2 miles with Micah (7:20-30 pace)
Saturday: 13 miles in 90 min
30 min at 7:30-7:00 pace
5min... wanted to get my 16 miles in.
I did hit a major milestone, 13 miles was the longest treadmill run I have ever done to date. It went by so quickly that I really don't even feel
