Not so exciting as the whole Hurricane Rita thing but exciting to me: we are getting a cold front!! Yay! It was 99 degrees today and that is not normal for here. It's not normal for anywhere in my opinion but totally not normal for here. Currently it's 93 degrees and it's almost 8 o'clock at night. Very sucky.
But... on the other hand, we ...

Hello weather. It was too nice yesterday in Georgia. Nice enough that I snuck in a two-a-day. Take advantage of any “unseasonably” cool weather this time of year... to far behind and right now I have a few rules to this in-between weather.
“Stay Cool,” in the not-so-cool sense:

As Pinky states, it's "wicked cold" out there. Temps in the teens/20's. Brrr! I'm ready for winter to be over, and summer to be back here!
I'm planning on going to SC for a birth center conference in May. I can't wait! Looking forward to warm weather and getting some beach time in while I'm there. Super excited about the conference as well

I can’t believe it’s already September. Where did the summer go? Hopefully you had a good summer, wherever you happen to be.
Autumn is my favorite time of year. Leaves change colors, the smell of pumpkin begins to fill the air, and the weather finally cools down. It’s perfect weather for getting outside and getting fresh air.

means that I get to experience a wide range of weather including sun, rain, wind, snow, sleet, heat advisories, below zero temperatures, and more. As long as you dress properly... much, and sweat makes the juggling balls so slippery you have to think about every catch and throw.
Walking in the cold is no fun but running (and juggling) in cold weather

Well, it is ugly out there today so I was lucky to have my favourite ("not so much") track workout scheduled. 6 x 2k intervals is a toughie for me so I was not to sad to take it into the treadmill where I made the machine push me through this run workout. Thank goodness I have a few weeks before the next 6x2k workout as it is a killer.

Generally, cold weather makes running easier. Since there is less heat buildup, there is less body fluid lost, and the cool temperature makes running more invigorating.... In extreme cold (when temperature or wind chill is below 10 degrees F), do not expose any skin if possible. Even when there is minimal exposure, put Vaseline or other cold weather

I’m going to make this as short and sweet as possible because I am not feeling well…at all. EDIT-I planned on making it short, but it turned out very long. OOPS. I am a little under the weather, and to be perfectly honest, I am over the weather here in DC. Rain for the past 4 days is just not my thing. Oh how I long for my LA days. (sometimes
