sets each of 8 reps on each side. In this exercise oblique abdominal muscles are worked out.
3. Sit down on your back with arms stretched on your sides. For not having back pain... rises along with arms, and then come back. The same movement for each body side, 4 sets of 8.

The new measure of a healthy body weight here in Canada seems to be the waist. Below (approx) 34" for men, and 32" for women. But here's the snag: the measurement is taken at the belly button. For high waisted people, this can be quite an eye opener.
