So I don't really have time to go to the gym because its so far, so I have started working out at home. My only problem is that there arn't many bodyweight workouts to do.
Here is my list of bodyweight workouts - workouts without weights. I will try to make it bigger, but thats all I have for now :(

There are times when I just hate the gym. I mean I spend so much time in it training hard that I really want a workout without weights. I’ve been... workout without weights that does nothing short of jump start my metabolism to burn more calories. Here’s what I’ve been doing

Workout without Weights [3 Sample Routines]
Since the last piece that dealt with working out without weight dealt with the upper and lower body and abs, obviously... are three sample workouts that must be performed in circuit training mode for at least 15-30 minutes each:

The workouts comprise of a few simple to perform exercises. But do... place, you will not be keep up the speed and momentum. Cycling is the best exercise for lower legs, glutes and thighs as well.

Want to bust through a workout or weight loss plateau? You have to try Tabata. What the heck is “Tabata?” you may ask. It is an exercise protocol invented by Dr. Izumi..., should try Tabata for sure.
At my local gym, one of the instructors has started a Tabata class. I love that it is never the same workout as he always mixes up the exercises
