OKso I know I went off on a rant about exercise-based eating disorder events a while backbut I'm going to exercise my cognitive flexibility and reject black and white... people together in a positive wayand there isn't a good reason eating disorder events can't involve moderate exercise for healthy participants.

With just under two weeks before Ironman Wisconsin the news from the site of the race, Madison the Wisconsin state Capitol, is not good for cyclist.
This video taken from a city bus shows Rep. Fred Clark, a Democrat, a democrat, run a red light and smash into a cyclist who entered the intersection when his light turned green.

Right away people were shouting encouragement to me by name. At Lake Placid I wore the number with my last name... loop I was surprised by how many people were lined up along the street. It was awesome to have so many people watching you run down the street. The entire street was covered

Running Clinic: 5-Mile Track Workout

Went to our running clinic's 2nd week of track workout tonight. Did 1 mi warm-up, followed by 8x400 (at threshold pace), with each 400 of speed work followed by a recovery lap (another 8x400). So all in all, I did 5 mi. :)
Today I noticed that I was running a lot faster than my assigned pace group (10:30), without really intending to do so
