Successful tooth brushing your gums must finish clean ( no bacteria/plaque/germs...

Before you toss your toothbrush, get a new one. A new toothbrush will boost your oral health by doing a better job of preventing gum disease.

- and tooth brushes are the same. My favorite is (of course) my own Zellies design toothbrush - but I also like Mentadent brushes and GUM have some good designs also.
