The Amgen Tour of California winner, Levi Leipheimer, fractured his sacrum when he crashed with Lance Armstrong in Stage 3 of the AToC,
and now will have to drop out of the 67th Paris Nice bike race which is scheduled for March 8th to the 15th.

AWARENESS #1
Stand with your legs parallel.
Place your hands on your sacrum.
Your... to be leveled and upright inside your body.
How does this make your legs and back feel? Where does this place your head?
Stand on one leg and keep the sacrum fairly quiet?
