Deadlifts, Good Mornings and Reverse Hypers are all excellent exercises for working the posterior chain muscles. One of my favorite exercises for working this muscle group however is the Pull Through.

and rosemary (along with the clove) are also natural analgesics. These oils are also included in the muscle rub. A great thing to do with this product is to rub the cream on the affected area and then place a warm heated pad over the top. It allows for the oils to absorb and the aroma is delightful.
