lists 15 possible causes — none of them involving omega-3. (Some of them, we can now see, are correlates of canker sores, also caused by lack of omega-3.) If canker sores can...

I am very susceptible to canker sores. I know they aren’t solely caused by [nutrition issues], but can I do anything from a nutritional standpoint to reduce their frequency?
I have read that I should supplement lysine. How much do I need, though?

Question: I have had canker sores for years. Not sure what they are, where they came from, etc. My MD’s keep trying to give me meds and even Vicodin to bandaid them... in favor of continually TCM treatments for cold sores. But you might also see some on your symtpoms and maybe what could be contributing to this.
