of mine is going to do my "official" before pictures for me. But since it will be a few days into the liquid diet... I wanted to make sure I had at least one from right this very... out that my heart rate before I ever did any activity was 143. But that is pretty typical for me... so after the surgery we will do the test that tells you the different zones

Echinacea, and apple juice – all of my calories are coming in liquid form today since I have absolutely no appetite.

Sorry for the lack of posts the past several days. I've been under the weather. My meals have consisted of premade soups. But luckily being sick or confined to a liquid diet isn't limited to just chicken noodle soup (which I've never liked). meal for lunch on Tuesday. Then scrambled eggs, cheese, and sausage for dinner. Then proceeded to vomit continuously for about 24 hours. Now to figure out how I will eat again, given the lack of available food! My stomach has alienated about everything I can get. Can I subsist on Fanta, tea, chicken broth and water?

In Layman's Terms:
For every 1% of your weight you lose on your pre-op diet... more than 5% of your excess weight pre-op and you're on the operating table for 36 minutes less than other folks.
