Doctors and even other health and fitness experts all recommend weight loss by walking... is quite far from your house, you can still achieve weight loss by walking by commuting to a place that is at least 15 to 20 minutes by foot from it and then walking the rest

I’ve noticed that most people in my neighborhood have dogs but they don’t walk them. When I walk by their houses their dogs are running in circles barking.
