I am still up north in Edmonton without kettlebell, weight or even a pull-up bar in sight. Luckily I have some floor space here so I can at least do a bodyweight workout... circuit, 3 rounds of 10 reps/drill
reverse lunge with twist
side lunge with twist
inch worm
Russian twist
t-push-up
bodyweight circuit, keep doing rounds for 20

home watching MTV's The Hills marathon all day long. That is loser talk! You can exercise at home with no equipment and still get a great workout! You just have to use bodyweight exercises and a little bit of creativity. Bodyweight training is no joke and can build a great physique in a short amount of time. As you guys may have noticed I have been including a lot more bodyweight drills in my kettlebell workouts.
