This week's meal plan is going to be shorter that usual as my brother is getting married and my parents are hosting the rehearsal dinner the night before.
Wednesday: Out to dinner for FIL's birthday
Thursday: Rehearsal Dinner
Friday: Wedding
Saturday: Baked Potato Soup
Sunday: Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Portobellos

Ever wonder what I feed my family for dinner? No? Well, I'm going to tell you anyway. Our meal plan for the week is as follows.
Wednesday - Chicken Barley Soup
Thursday... Pasta Salad
Our meal plans start on Wednesday because our food delivery is Tuesday night. Yup, we get our food delivered. $6.95 to avoid spending an hour and a half

Thanksgiving Week Meal Plans

This week (Monday-Wed) we're eating through everything in the pantry, freezer and refrigerator making plenty room for Thanksgiving day leftovers.

Last week was a large cooking fail. I had good intentions, but I just couldn't get motivated. Maybe the birthday party planning was just too much. Whatever the reason, I am attempting to rectify the problem this week with an entire week of cooking. Yeah, we'll see how this goes.

I cooked a decent amount last week and all it got me was a broken tooth. Well that and a couple of recipes we'll be having again. Here's hoping this weeks cooking doesn't... and Potatoes
