In non-typical fashion, I did my run this morning. Right from the beginning my legs were stiff and flat. I prefer not to run in the morning, my legs tend to be tight and I'd rather have an all day warm up to avoid injury.

There are several ways to help you, Amin :
1. Using " vaginal lubricant" (in pharmacies or drug stores). This helps to reduce rubbing and to last longer.
2. Having sex much more often to 'calm' your desire a little.

After several anxiety attacks in a couple weeks, I have felt extremely weak and shaky, is this normal?
yes, I usually feelweak, dizzy, and shaky after I have an anxiety attack
