Here’s a video that has been making the rounds on the Internet but it’s pretty cool so I thought I’d post it here. These guys attempt to run as far across the top of the water as they can. For some reason they call it liquid mountaineering. Next time I’m near some water, I’m going to try. It seems like this would be a perfect thing to combine

From the HIMMS Convention this year, my friend Nick over at EMR update found a keyboard that can be immersed in water and still keep going. When you are done, load it up... at the website. I was surprised to see even a wireless keyboard that will work under water at the site. BD

I ran my 5-mile rest run on the Distribution canal road this morning. I left at 8:30 and after two miles realized I should have carried water; I was dehydrated by the time I got home.
