Walking is a low impact exercise that is forgiving on the ankle, knee and hip and could be done at any location or time. A supporting set of functional well-fit... lunge, squat, inclined push-up & triceps dip moves by making use of benches in parks & heels raised off of curbs.

I made it through my long day yesterday and actually don’t feel all that drained! I started the morning with a sunrise 3 mile walk to the office and then worked from 7-3 (on my feet).
