I just finished reading the new book, " Walk Off Weight" by Andrew Cate. Andrew is a successful health consultant in Australia, where he has appeared on tv and radio... with walking. The plan he lays out is sensible and can help anyone lose weight. He also has a website you can visit here.

Instead of hitting the gym on Thursday I decided to speed walk, jog around a local high school. The weather was nice and warm. A perfect day to enjoy excercise outside... to give up even due to the pain so I just slowed it down a bit. I walked, speed walked, and jogged my way around the high school 3 times.
