walks are exercises where a senior leader and a department's management team walks around identifying bad process which can be wasteful. However, with this mechanism the bang... the effort.
The good news is you have performed your waste walk and used the exercise to drive customer improvements from a system view instead of just departmental.

I started seriously walking this week. The transplant doctor said that walking was good, safe exercise for a post-transplant patient. So, I have been heading down.... So, I will slowly work my way up to a fast walking speed at about an hour.

I wrote about this once before ( walking for health ). Walking is something that you can add in to your daily routine no matter... – and I walk every day.
Walk to work.
Walk home from work.
Take a 20 minute walk in the morning before your morning routine.

Walking is great exercise, it’s gets you out doors to (hopefully) fresh air, it strengthens your legs and calves, it keeps your hip, knee and ankle joints well... be a benefit to getting exercise through walking. Studies have shown that we walk an average of 5000 to 5500 steps per day, and that 10,000 steps per day is where you see the most
