Keep your walking/running shoes with you! Walk as much as possible during the day! Take advantage of every opportunity to walk. This one tip... on campus. I soon realized that I had to take more time for "exercise" because I wasn't walking as much during the day!

questions from folks (including my pal Chronic Chick ) about supporting the Walk for Lupus Now event. So I wanted to address that question.
I'm paraphrasing, but basically the question is this. How can someone provide online support for a Walk for Lupus Now event , if:
there is no LFA Chapter in his/her area , or
a person's mobility may prevent

I woke up this morning and walked for 1 hr/40 min. I measured it with the car after, and it added up to six miles! This was the same scary walk that I took in the dark..., and exercise at least three days. To my weight loss/fitness friends, what are your goals for the week?
Before my walk, I drank water mixed with 1/2 of a G2. I drank the other 1/2

Bridgette walks more every day.
Addendum.
Bridgette walks more every day that she wants to walk at all. And when she doesn't walk, she crawls faster than ever. We're very pleased by her progress.
She walked all the way across the parking lot from Chili's to our car, wearing Daddy's work badge around her neck.
