I ran across this article in Bloginity.com ---- it's clearly a shill for NatureMade vitamins (I think they are available in Walgreens and other mass marketers --- I use Ortho Molecular supplements as they are recommended by my physician) but there is some interesting information about a study on Vitamin D and lean muscle mass.
