Hi, am wondering if anyone can tell me about the chronic muscle pain I have had for 3 months now. I am 48, in good shape, play hockey once a week and exercise moderately. So I suffer the butt pain for three days. I miss Nina's yoga class Monday evening. Tuesday afternoon -- I have had it. I have to do something more than just a strap around my butt.
