before, "BUT WHAT ABOUT WHEN PARENTS ARE IN DENIAL EVEN MORE THAN YOU ARE IN DENIAL?!" That was the case for me. trying to drown myself in things around here today. My own little method of denial I guess.
The Golden Girls had a good bit on it once in an episode:

Nearly all family caregivers who have siblings have experienced some version of sibling denial in regard to their parents. Whether the denial is the subconscious..., denial is rampant.

I'm in denial that my body is all kinked up today...complete denial...all the usual places +1...rest, advil, heat, ice, all my new and familiar BFFs (I kinda want to poke her in the eye ---->)
