Everyone wants to get stronger right? At least everyone I care to know does. Tuesday is my upper body strength training day in the gym (as opposed to training at home or at our strongman club). - 6 Omega-3 egg omelete with two handfulls of baby spinach
- 4 strips of bacon
- 2 tall glasses of water with lemon
Train (strength training)
Post Work-Out
- large bowl...
- water
- no buns or starches
Train again (sprints)
Post-Workout (pre-dinner)
- lamb meat pattie
- veggies
- bowl of stew
- water

Okay party people, here is dirt butt stupid workout to get you burning fat and leaning out. Like all fat burning workouts it will really only be effective once or twice but give it a try to fire up that metabolism.

a kettlebell workout I figured it would be helpful to post some of my workouts here.

and then was a member there for four more years before moving to Calgary. While a member there I trained for powerlifting meets with the Ottawa Strong. It was fun to go back and check the place... really love is that they have 4 with lifting platforms attached, plus a dedicated for . This is one of the few gyms in the city that marries hard core lifting with the fitness
