Tough gig this one - the 1 Arm Floor Chest Press.
Use a kettlebell if you have one otherwise a dumbbell works fine.
I recommend you only work one side of your body at a time so that your obliques work a little harder to try and stabilise the weight on the side holding the kettlebell.
Give it a shot.

Don’t get me wrong, the basic barbell bench press is a great upper body exercise for building muscle , but it’s depended on WAY too much to build... is an open chain exercise and the pushup is a closed chain exercise.
