Upper back pain is usually nothing life threatening but a pain from the neck and top of the lumber spine, also called middle back pain or thoracic pain.
Usually most upper back pain is from poor posture, a whiplash, large breasts, osteoporosis, stiffness, muscular spasm, fibromyalgia or inflammation.

Sure... proper ergonomics and micro-breaks are a must...but what about the pain you have right now?
Patients want to know...Is there a way to get rid of my upper back pain first and then we can talk about the right way to sit and all that?
