And still others know a little about the different types of running shoes, but have no idea what they need and are overwhelmed by all...—you're referred to as neutral. This means you have a regular arch and you're a normal pronator. You're the lucky runner in that you can run in most any type of running shoe

Went to our running clinic's 2nd week of track workout tonight. Did 1 mi warm-up, followed by 8x400 (at threshold pace), with each 400 of speed work followed by a recovery lap (another 8x400). So all in all, I did 5 mi. :)
Today I noticed that I was running a lot faster than my assigned pace group (10:30), without really intending to do so

is that you can still run but do it in the deep end of the pool with a

My 2nd 5K Run

So Saturday, February 16 was my 2nd 5K run. It was held at the same place I ran my first 5K, so I was familiar with the area. The race turn out was a lot bigger and there were people of all fitness types running. The race started later than usual because of the traffic into the park, so instead of a 7am start, the race started around 7:15am. I

So, today I’m... challenge will definitely help keep me on track.
